This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 29.04.2024, made in S.C.No.03 of 2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Court, Arani.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
