Heard submission of Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent/contemnor.

2. When the matter was listed on 24.04.2017, it was represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt has been complied

with. Proceedings to that effect had also been submitted and those proceedings were taken on file.

3. This case was again listed on 12.06.2017. On that day, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays time to get instructions as to the compliance of the order and again it was listed on 14.07.2017 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today (18.08.2017), when the matter is listed, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In the light of the fact that the order has been complied with, the contempt petition is closed.
