[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the detention order passed in Memo No.26/BCDFGISSSV/2017 dated 10.01.2017 by the Detaining https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Authority against the detenue by name, Pandian, aged 30 years, S/o.Karuppusamy residing at No.9/5, Thilagar Nagar, Thiruvottiyur, Chennai-19 and quash the same.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.916 dated 23.02.2017, the Detention Order in question has been already quashed and a copy of the same has been submitted for perusal. Wherein, it has been clearly stated that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed.
3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
