This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioners to set aside the impugned order dated 27.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.10464 of 2023 in C.C.No.548 of 2021 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as the matter has already been settled between the parties.
