ORDER

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 24.09.2014 and made in W.P.No.26029 of 2014.

2.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr.UM.Ravichandran, who would submit that vide proceedings of the first respondent in No.32599/A5/2014 dated 11.03.2015, the request made by the petitioner is rejected.

3.In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is so advised, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in the manner known to law.
