2. By this petition, styled as public interest litigation, the petitioner seeks direction for repatriation of an employee posted at Tamil Nadu House, New Delhi.

3. It is well settled that no public interest litigation is maintainable in service matters. Seeking direction for repatriation of a deputationist through public interest litigation is nothing but a frivolous petition.

4. The writ petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] payable by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority within a period of one months from today.
