ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the official respondents to cancel the patta bearing No.55 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and thereafter, issue a patta in favour of the petitioner for an extent of 900 sq.ft., based on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, illegally, the 4th respondent had obtained patta No.55 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. She seeks for cancellation of the same and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for an extent of 900 sq.ft. She had given a representation on 20.08.2025 to the official respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent or any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2025 seeking for cancellation of Page No.3 of 6

patta No.55 standing in the name of the 4th respondent for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, and for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner for an extent of 900 sq.ft., after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 4th respondent or any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
