O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent to the fourth respondent and investigate the same and file the final report expeditiously.

2. At the outset, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2024, dated 15.07.2024 registered under Section 5(m) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has been completed and final report also been filed before the concerned Court. Hence, he submitted that there is no investigation in Crime No.9 of 2024 pending on the file of the third respondent.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the transfer of investigation in Crime No.9 of 2024 does not arise.
