The Writ Petition has been filed against the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 14.11.2016 in certificate No.8F776F686A687C86 and to direct the respondents to issue MBC Community Certificate to the petitioner based upon the religion and community of her parents.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would state that the prayer in the writ petition has been complied with and based upon the religion and community of the parents of the petitioner, Most Backward Class Community Certificate has been granted to the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the community certificate of the petitioner before this Court.

3. Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for further Page 2/4

adjudication in the above writ petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
