ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.This is the second bail petition. This petitioner is alleged to have caused the death of one Kumaran and severely injured to one Vishwa, when the family members of the defacto complainant went to the house of the petitioner and questioned about his conduct of illicit intimacy with the wife of the defacto complainant and in the earlier incident, which occurred on the day before, the wife of the petitioner had gone to the house of the defacto complainant and picked a wordy quarrel with them.
3.The deceased and the injured persons are no way connected with the affair between the defacto complainant family and the petitioner. They have gone to the house of the petitioner to mediate, since there was ruckus in his house at 10 p.m. on the date of occurrence. Without any provocation, this petitioner has charged the deceased Kumaran and caused his death and also caused grevious injury to vishwa.

4.This Court, when the bail petition was moved by this petitioner earlier, dismissed the petition considering the consequences of event and forcible attack by this petitioner on the deceased victim and one Viswa and also directed the respondent to complete the investigation expeditiously and file the final report.
5.Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is substantially completed and on obtaining viscera report, the final report will be filed.
6.This Court finds no change in the circumstances necessitated to view the earlier order of dismissal at this juncture.
