(Order of the Court was made by Satish K. Agnihotri, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 22.08.2014 passed in W.P. No.21139 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent.

Today, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced before this Court the affidavit dated 03.06.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ filed by the respondent, wherein, it is averred that the entire encroachment was removed on 28.02.2015.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
