This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation to CBCID or another independent Central Investigating Agency like CBI with respect to Crime No.69 of 2023 on the file of third respondent police.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Thirupattur, on 29.02.2024.

3. The RCS notice notice was also served on the petitioner/de facto complainant. The Court below has posted the case on 14.03.2024 for the appearance of the de facto complainant to file objections.

4. In view of the above, it is left open to the de facto complainant to work out his remedy before the Court below by filing protest petition. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
