This petition has been filed seeking to amend the name of the testator as Kirttan Thacker instead of Krittan Thacker where ever it appears in the petition in O.P.No.153 of 2022 and in the order passed in O.P.No.153 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Original Petition in O.P.No.153 of 2022 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 28.09.2022.
