ORDER

I am informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Interlocutory Applications have been withdrawn and issues have been framed and O.S.No. 284 of 2017 now pending on the file of the learned District cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur, is posted for trial on 22.07.2021.

Whenever, the learned District cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur, posts the matter in the special list and thereafter, while conducting trial, the learned District Munsif may conduct trial on day today basis and even if that is not possible, should ensure that not more than three working days are granted in between any two adjournments and avoid granting more than two adjournments for the very same reason. 3.

It would naturally mean that there would be a continuous flow

in trial and ofcourse progress in each successive hearing date. By adopting this method, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambudur, would be in a position to control the flow of the trial and dispose of the suit within a reasonable period of time. 4.

Taking into consideration, filing of any Interlocutory Applications or any extraordinary circumstances, an outer limit of 30.09.2021 is fixed for disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 284 of 2017. 5.

With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
