Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the Orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 30.10.2013

in Writ Petition No.28795 of 2008 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 2(b), 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 and close the breach thereof and pass such further or other suitable Order/Orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
