This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.64/2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, HUDCO Police Station, Krishnagiri District within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.64 of 2020 for the offences under Section 294 (b), 341, 323, 427 & 506 (1) of IPC is going on and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
