Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent, who would submit that the order of this

Court passed in WP.No.27974 of 2015 dated 04.09.2015, has been complied with, vide proceedings of the Government in G.O. [2P] No.42, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj [P.A.5] Department, dated 25.05.2016. She has also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court and the same is taken on file.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. If the petitioner is so aggrieved and advised, he is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
