No. 1877/2016/A7 thereby preventing water from the canal entering into the petitioner's land.

O R D E R

The Petitioner had sought for a direction to the First to Third Respondent to raise a compound wall as per the report of the Fourth Respondent dated 27.06.2017 in Na.Ka.No.1877/2016/A7 to prevent the water from the canal entering into his land. The Third and Fourth Respondents had filed a memo stating that the construction of compound wall has been completed on 23.08.2019 and photographs have been produced in support of the same.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also accepts that nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 2.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
