ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of his appeal on the basis of his representation dated 30.07.2014. 2.
It is seen from the records that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the first respondent on 30.07.2014 questioning the grant of patta issued in favour of the second respondent herein on 20.08.2012.

Having regard to the natural of relief sought for in this writ petition, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition at the stage of admission without notice to the second respondent, who is impleaded as a party respondent today. However, it does not mean that the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition have been gone into by this Court and it is left open to be decided by the first respondent.

Accordingly, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 30.07.2014 of the petitioner, issue notice to the petitioner as well as the second
respondent, hear them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
