O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader states that he has obtained instructions and the notices were issued under Sections 7 and 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and orders have been passed. He submits that action was scheduled for 25.04.2015, but had to be postponed and it is now scheduled for 02.05.2015.

2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the contempt petition stands closed, with liberty to revive in case nothing happens.
