Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners by this Court in Crl.MP.No.711 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25258 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 to deposit the amount equal to the value of 6818 bags to Karur Vysya Bank and Central Bank of India, Arani Branch.

2. Citing the bail caused by the respondent to specify the value of the missing bags, the petitioners herein has come before this Court for extension of time.

3. Taking note of the fact that the value of 6818 bags is Rs.86,76,550/- which was informed to the petitioner counsel on 15.02.2022, within two weeks, the petitioners ought to have deposited that money. However, not paid the money, now come before this Court for extension of time.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the time to deposit Rs.86,76,550/- is extended upto 08.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
