Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of Injunction pending disposal of the above Writ Petition restraining the Respondents from publishing the seniority list that is going to be drawn pursuant to the Proceedings Po Thu Na Ka No.E5/19991/2017 dt. 14.06.2017.(in WMP.21530/2017)pending WP.15718/2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMAN LAAL,Advocate for the petitioner and MR.R.ANANTHARANGAN,Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- At the time of admission, this Court has not granted any interim order and now, after this length of time, the interim relief sought for need not be granted and all the contentions raised in this regard shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the writ petition.

2. Thus, the M.P. stands dismissed. Post the main Writ Petition for final disposal.
