The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the demise of B.Paranthaman, the 1st petitioner and to take on record his legal heirs 1.Ms.V.Satyadevi 2.

Mr.P.Suryaprakash and 3.Mr.P.Ravichandran of the deceased 1st petitioner in the above C.R.P.No.180 of 2016 and rank them as petitioners 3 to 5.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the case on 15.06.2022 26.04.2022 vm Note: Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
