2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.211 of 2015 and also examine the request of the petitioner to give necessary police protection, if necessary, so that no harm befalls the petitioner.

With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
