This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.5329 of 2024 in C.C.No.1865 of 2011, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner u/s.91 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. On carefully going through the impugned order, this Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and the same does not warrant interference of this Court.
