Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to survey the land bearing Patta No.817, Survey No.48/1 situated at Paivalasa Village R.K.Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.09.2019, 12.10.2019, 22.10.2019, 24.06.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to survey the land bearing Patta No.817, Survey No.48/1 situated at Paivalasa Village R.K.Pet Taluk, Thiruvallur District by considering the petitioner's representations dated 06.09.2019, 22.10.2019, 24.06.2020. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 21.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representations dated 06.09.2019, 12.10.2019 22.10.2019, 24.06.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 21.05.2021.
