The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to enquire and register the case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 14.10.2021 and Refernce No.HRR21155201 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint of the petitioner dated 14.10.2021, a case has been registered by the 2nd respondent-The Inspector of Police, Eriyur Police Station in Crime No.339 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(1) of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
