Writ Appeal, filed under clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order made in W.P.No. 15191 of 2013 dated 25.07.2013 on the file of this Court. Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in relation to Para 22 of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka. No.12118/ T1/2011 dated 13.9.2011 and in Na.Ka.No.4427/A3/ 2011 dated 21.12.2011 by the 2nd and 3rd respondents respectively in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same and issue consequential direction to respondents 1 to 4 to promote the petitioner as B.Ed. Middle School Headmaster with service and monetary benefits from the date on which his junior is promoted For Appellants : Mr. P.S. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellants submits that the order passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P.No. 15191 of 2013, dated 25.07.2013, has been complied with by the respondent-Department, and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings, bearing Na.Ka.No.2399/A3/2013, dated 03.07.2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal for further consideration. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
