ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN , J.] This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence of conviction passed in Special C.C.No.20 of 2016 on 13.02.2020 by the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal and grant bail to the petitioner till the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
