This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent to promote the petitioner either in accordance with service seniority or based on the qualifying examination for promotion held in the year 2007 and to grant her all attended benefits retrospectively from the date of eligibility.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on either side that now the petitioner retired from service and received all terminal benefits without any objections.

Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
