Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for further two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.3554 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022 on the file of Hon'ble Court and thus render Justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3554 of 2022 dated 15.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 31.03.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
