The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records relating to the impugned order of rejection dated 21.02.2020 issued by respondent pursuant to the advertisement No.549, Notification No.19/2019 dated 14.06.2019, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant or Typist on the basis of her rank obtained.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been selected and the selection order was forwarded to the Head of the Department on 19.06.2023 and the individual copy has also been sent to the petitioner.

said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel on either side, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.07.2023 vm Index :
