ORDER

The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the documents, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which cannot be granted by a Writ Court.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions would submit that the petitioner should be granted liberty to approach the Civil Court in respect of the reliefs sought for in this writ petition.

4.In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court by filing a civil suit to redress his grievance as raised in this writ petition. No costs.
