ORDER
Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the order and direction issued by this Court in the writ petition in W.P.No.3523 of 2015 dated 12.02.2015, the Tahsildar, Tambaram Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ namely, the second respondent, has conducted the survey and
submitted a report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram, who has to pass appropriate orders. 2.The Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram is not a party in the writ petition.
However, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tambaram is directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
