Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute two sureties for a Sum of Rs.10,000/- Rupees Ten Thousand Only each as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.2393/2022 in Cr.No.384/2021 vide order dated 02/02/2022 pending investigation on the file of respondent Police Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2393 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 31.03.2022, to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court. No further extension will be granted.
