This petition has been filed to amend the surrender Court as learned Principal Sessions Judge at Kallakurichi instead of the learned Special Sessions Judge (SC/ST Cases) at Villupuram in Crl.O.P. No 3932 of 2025 order dated 14.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.
