The Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner as against the long pendency of the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2009 challenging the order of the II Additional District Court, Salem. M.GOVINDARAJ.,J.

kas 2.According to the petitioners, they have filed the suit for partition, whereas, the 3rd respondent, who is the mother of the petitioners, also filed a suit for declaration and injunction. The District Judge, Salem has ordered joint trial. The matter was posted for trial on 24.08.2010 but till date there has been no progress made in both the suits inspite of several representations.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits, a direction is issued to the II Additional District Court, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.198 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 23.08.2017 kas To The II Additional District Court, Salem.
