For Petitioner : Mr.Hari Radhakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.V.Chandrasekaran C O M M O N O R D E R W.P.No.7124 of 2021 has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade/R1 to dispose the application for regularization filed as early as on 07.11.2013.

2. I am given to understand that the above application has been dismissed by order dated 08.07.2021, a copy of which is placed on file. In the light of the same, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.

3. As far as W.P.No.7127 of 2021 is concerned, the prayer is for mandamus directing the Director General of Foreign Trade/R2 to dispose the review petition dated 17.09.2012 challenging Order-in-original dated 28.12.2010.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not pursue this Writ Petition anymore, since notice has been issued by the authority and the enquiry is stated to be on-going. He has filed a memo under cover of e-mail dated 15.07.2021 to this effect.

5. Recording the same, W.P.No.7127 of 2021 is closed. No costs.
