The prayer in the present petition is to pass an order modifying the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.4572 of 2017 dated 02.01.2018 in Crl.MP.No.4222 of 2017 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram, Chengalpattu.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not comply with the order dated 02.01.2018 passed in Crl.MP. No.4572 of 2017 since he was unaware of the condition.
3. On perusal of the reasonings given in the petition and the Medical certificate dated 20.01.2018 produced before this Court, the petitioner is given one more opportunity to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chengalpet on every Monday at 10.a.m until further orders.

4. All other conditions imposed on the petition in Crl.MP.No.4222 of 2017 dated 13.12.2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram shall remain intact.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
