Seeking to punish the respondents for not complying with the order passed by this Court dated 19.06.2013 in W.P.No.13477 of 2013, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.
2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record the copy of the order dated 01.06.2015 passed by the TANGEDCO selecting the petitioner. The order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13477 of 2013 stands complied with.
3. In view of the above compliance reported by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
