This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 2 and 3 herein as legal representative of deceased sole appellant in the above second appeal.

2. Mr.A.Gouthaman, learned counsel for petitioners submitted that pending appeal, the sole appellant died on 23.01.2022. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, she has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.S.William, learned counsel for respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, the above petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the sole appellant are impleaded as appellants 2 and 3 in the above Appeal.
