(b) to declare the deed of sale dated 17.12.2012 executed by the 1st defendant in favour of the 2nd defendant and registered as document No.6972/2012 on the file of Sub Registrar of Assurances, Neelangarai, Chennai as null and void, non-est in the eye of law;
(c) for a permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant, her men, servant, agent/s or any other person claiming any right or acting for and on behalf of or under the 1st defendant from in any manner whatsoever to deal with the plaint schedule mentioned property inclusive and not restricted to alienation; and (d) for costs of the suit.

2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed as settled out of Court. The joint compromise memo dated 07.07.2025 shall form part of the decree.
