Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Declaration, to declare that the report of the Five Member Committee, the 3rd respondent herein dated Nil, constituted by the 2nd respondent under G.O.Ms.No.91 Higher Education (II) Department dated 14.07.2017, in so far as it pertains to the petitioner herein is illegal and invalid, declaring thereby that the petitioner is eligible for absorption in the 2nd respondent University as an Associate Professor with all attendant benefits.
