By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.The petitioner claims that he has been granted licence to run a food stall in the shop belonging to the second respondent, and
on the front side of the shop premises, permission has been granted to the third respondent to put up a timekeeper shed/office and in this regard, he has submitted a representation dated 28.3.2015, to the second respondent, with copies marked to the other officials of the second respondent, and since he has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Viijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.Kannan Kumar, learned Counsel, who accepted notice for the third respondent.
4.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the third respondent, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The Connected Miscellaneous Petition also is closed.
