This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to deposit the Award amount with interest before the Sub Court, Dharmapuri. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.It is seen from the records that the compensation amount was a subject matter of challenge in this Court in S.A.No.784 of 2018. This Court passed final orders in the said Second Appeal on 10.12.2018. This Court confirmed the compensation that was fixed in favour of the petitioner and directed the respondents to deposit the same within a period of six weeks and consequently, the appeal was also dismissed. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, pursuant to the directions given by the Division Bench of this Court, the compensation amount was deposited by the respondents and the petitioner has withdrawn the same.
5.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition and the same is closed.
