The petitioner as complainant, had filed a private complaint under Section 138 of N.I. Act, against the respondents in S.T.C.No.1503 of 2024. The Trial Court had issued a Non-Bailable Warrant against the accused on 11.09.2024 and so far, the warrant had not been executed. Hence, the petitioner filed the above petition, seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to execute the NonBailable Warrant. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that the accused was arrested by the Musiri Police pursuant to the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the Trial Court and he was produced before the Trial Court on 16.03.2026. He also produced the e-court adjudication, which is extracted as follows:
