2. Heard the learned senior counsel for the applicants and there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions and that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, these applications are ordered and the delay is condoned.
