(CRIME NO.109 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the section as 420, 465, 467, 471, r/w 34 IPC and include the section 468 IPC in the above Crl.OP.2002 / 2022 order dated 02.02.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SUGANYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.P.MURUGAN RAJA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- It is reported that anticipatory bail condition has not been complied by this petitioner and he has breached it by wilful disobedience.

2.In the light of the above fact, the request to amend the Sections and include Section 468 of IPC in the order of the anticipatory bail petition is of no consequence, since this Court has passed an order to cancel the anticipatory bail for non compliance of the condition.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
