Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.135 of 2025 on the file of Pagandai Kootu Salai Police Station, Kallakurichi District, registered against the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), 74 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, in view of the amicable settlement between the parties. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that though the petitioners have come up with this criminal original petition seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.135 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent, the investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram by way of e-filing bearing No.LTN20220002375C2022600013 on 23.02.2026.

2. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this criminal original petition stands closed.
