ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.07.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name after carrying out the correction in the sub-division already made.

The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is already under consideration by the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent will take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 4th respondent to convey the decision taken to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
